Our extended family had a great stay at this home. It was very large and everyone was comfortable. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, swim, do laundry and play games together. There are three en-suite master bedrooms (two on the second floor, one on the main), and three guest rooms that all share a bathroom on the second floor. There were plenty of pool towels (thank you!) and lots of games that the kids loved- including a pool table, air hockey and a large connect four wall game. The pool was the cleanest pool I’ve ever had at a rental by far, and it was warm even in January (we did pay extra for this, but it was well worth it)! The kids swam for hours everyday, and the rest of the yard was lovely as well. Things are a little worn, but clean, it didn’t bother us. The only thing I would say to the hosts to improve is to provide more silverware (spoons and forks). We had an amazing stay, thank you!!

The house was perfect. It was clean, organized, and well stocked. The location was close to everything. Restaurants bars, shopping, and the airport. We had a little trouble with the keyless entry when we got there, but the owner was very quick to respond and we had no further issues. I would stay here again in a second!

This house had everything for large family get to get her. And it was great to have so much outdoor space and locked access to pool for safety, inside was spacious and had enough room for everyone. Great accomodations. We loved it.

Great home for the family

Great Space for Making Great Memories

This house served all our needs for ages 1 to 66. It had everything detailed here and then some - high chair and pac n play, and a couple hidabeds, and extra pillows - but did not find a regular broom and dust pan. We were close enough to every place we wanted to hit like hiking, PopStroke, and a Cubs game. And even closer to the quick stops like Walgreens, Target, In & Out, Black Rock Coffee Bar, and Z' Tejas. We also spent plenty of time at the house in the huge kitchen and living space, and of course, the pool as it was the perfect temp for late March. Our family made some great memories!

Amazing Experience!

We had a group of 12 in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect for our friends and family! Each couple was able to have a king size bed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group.

Muy muy mala experiencia

Fuimos un grupo de 6 parejas... y desde que llegamos sentimos la casa muy caliente... y nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado de la parte de abajo no servia ..de hecho empezo a subir la temperatura hasta 82 grados ..nos comunicamos con Cami la encargada y al.principio nos atendio correos y llamadas pero despues ya no nos contesto... nos comunicamos a envolve y tampoco nos resolvieron nada.. nos comunicamos a Vrbo y tampoco nos resolvieron nada y mientras ..la casa seguia calentandose mas y mas.. tuvimos que salirnos de ahi y regresar en las noches porque ni el abanico de techo funcionaba... focos fundidos...la alberca y area afuera sin luz... no recomiendo llegar a esa casa.. pedimos un tecnico para que revisara el aire acondicionado y nos dijo cami la encargada que solo si lo pagabamos nosotros...mandamos algunas fotos del termostato para que vieram como subia la temperatura y no nos hicieron caso..nos dijeron que porque en Phoenix hace mucho calor ..nosotros ..le dijimos venimos de sonora donde hace mas calor y jamas hemos pasado calor en nuestras casas... venimos muy descepcionados de que nadie pudo resolver el problema

The property is great for a group of 10 or more. Many bedrooms with queen or king sized beds and multiple bathrooms. Pool area is fenced to protect younger children. Great fire pit area and two barbecues. Nothing that we did not like.

The house and accommodations were great
.. the only issue was there were 5 propane tanks on the property and all of them were empty.We contacted our property manager the second day of our 6 night stay and she did bring one out which was nice With the cool nights we wanted to hang out by the outdoor fire pit ( that uses propane) as well as grill out. I would of liked to have the extra propane tanks full since there were 2 gas grills
. Besides that no complaints and would rent again in the future

Super Bowl 2023

We rented the home as a place to house a small security team of seven during our recent trip. We had one couple in the group and all other individual males. The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, we did use the grill on two occasions and it worked well. The house is not too far from the Scottsdale area where we were working an has plenty of stores, restaurants and options nearby.

Girls' Getaway

We liked the house. For a large group of women it was spacious and accommodating. The pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature for us. We were disappointed to learn the fire pit was broken and in the process of being replaced (we had unusual cool weather while we were there). A brand new one was delivered before we checked out. We did encounter some additional problems, which were addressed to our satisfaction. The management company was quick to respond and did their best to meet our expectations.
