Grab and go breakfast very limited. I was never told the total of my amount before being charged. Room is big but older property so not the tidiest of places.

Dont get what your paying for
Was terrible. We didnt get the room we paid for. We were suppose to have a sofa bed and got a recliner chair. When brought up to front desk they were rude. NEVER AGAIN, AMD ITS NOT A BREAKFAST ITS A GRANOLA BAR!

Was told very rudely by the hotel clerk that my card was accepted to hold for incidentals therefore I wasn’t able to stay per my reservation and then the hotel tried to charge me still for the room that I was not able to stay in

Bed was horrible. A big dent. A pillow even filled it in. Could feel Mattress was very worn. Need to replace immediately if you have to place pillows as fillers. Switched to other bed. Still not comfortable. Check in was terrible. Night clerk not friendly. Didnt explain anything. The Breakfast time, if there was wifi, no check out time explained. Norhing! Just what are room # was and pointed. No smile. Need to hire friendly desk clerks. If there not happy there. Let them go. No photos. I failed to take
