***We left in the middle of the night at 2am**** There were no staff anywhere to be found to address our concerns. we felt very unsafe after being followed into the elevator by a couple of men who walked through the front door while the counter was completely unattended. They came to the same floor and waited for us to exit, then followed us so closely, that they were in our personal space. I stopped and turned around and one of them had his phone out and appeared to be recording my wife. They walked on as we entered our room, but walked back shortly after and we heard them outside as they went back down. The door latch/lock was extremely worn, to the point that we were both extremely uncomfortable. (I wedged the couch against the door) After not being able to relax, let alone sleep. we decided to leave. We secured another hotel location, packed up and went to check out. There were no staff to be found and with other (very interesting) people milling about, I made the decision to leave the key at the front desk and leave. I gave the staff 3 stars because they were clearly understaffed and over booked. We were there well after normal check in time and they were having to ask people to wait for rooms to be cleaned and a broken toilet to get fixed. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere. I've requested a refund and have yet to receive a response

The shower was gross
2 lights were burnt out
The floor was sticky (kept our shoes on)
The couch and chairs in the lobby were torn up.
