Wolfe’s Den is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom/3 bed, 2 full-bath home (including one ensuite) located on Sun City’s North Golf Course, Hole 5—a peaceful, scenic setting with a fantastic golf course view that’s perfect for relaxing. The home includes Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a bonus space with two twin beds (daybed setup), giving you extra room for family, friends, or flexible sleeping arrangements.
The fully equipped kitchen features all-new appliances (dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator) and is stocked for cooking, baking, and everyday meals. You’ll also find an air fryer, toaster oven, crock pot, electric griddle, and both a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig—so whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have what you need.
Unwind in the living room with comfortable new furniture and a 55” TV with streaming, plus a DVD player with classic favorites and a CD player with easy-listening CDs. Each bedroom is set up for comfort with queen beds, dressers, walk-in closets, hangers, luggage racks, TVs, and plenty of bedding.
Both bathrooms include a shower and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). For added convenience, the home also provides a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, reusable shopping bags, and other helpful extras. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and A/C, and you’ll have the convenience of a washer/dryer and two-car driveway parking.
Step outside to enjoy an oversized patio with a built-in grill and wash sink, all overlooking the golf course—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening meal outdoors.
