I know I booked a"cheaper" hotel for this trip,,,,,,,,,but I still expected a nice stay,.....not a run down hotel, room 325.....peeling paint, leaking ceiling, dirty bath tub, stuff (sticky looking) on desk, sticky TV remotes, only provided one wash cloth for two guests, Towels were dirty (looked molded), I had req'd two beds ...we got one! window curtains - wrong size. Shower curtain Wrong size! Had to dry floor after showers. The free breakfast wasnt kept filled didnt have the opportunity to eat much (a tablespoon of egg and a bagel daughter ate a tablespoon of egg and a sausage. Would NEVER book this hotel again! Just an uncomfortable stay!!!

Could use a pressure wash to the outside grounds. Decent beds. Hot water. Not disgusting or dirty in the room, but not plush. Breakfast smelled nice but we didn't eat there. Great price, was close to the venue I was in town for a concert. Felt safe with 14 year daughter and my 9mm.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The security guard was extremely friendly and was on top of his job. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Room was quaint.

Let me enumerate how many things went wrong on this trip, first of all I went to take a shower. There was no shampoo in the container in the shower then we only have one washcloth for two people so I had to go downstairs and get another washcloth. Advantage member can join we went to school waste the next day just to get back to our room that night and find out we had no fresh towels because we used them the night before they weren’t even replenished by the staff and our beds were not made in the garbage can was full and never taken out. I went downstairs to let them know how disappointed I was just to be told by a person at the front desk that it was not their job to take my complaint and then it was not their job to do any housekeeping, I thought this was very disappointing because the person at the front desk did not seem to be a team member and did not want to take any responsibility for what was going on. I was very disappointed. Her name was jazzy. I plan to be in the Phoenix area again early next year, and I will not stay at this hotel

I didn’t even stay until breakfast. I checked in around 5 and ended up leaving the room to sleep in my truck around 9-10pm. I have already reached out to customer support. This is my second horrible stay in Arizona and the second time I had to just leave early and sleep in my truck

The property is located in a run-down area. There are numerous unsheltered individuals present on and around the property. However, I felt safe inside; the lobby was well-furnished and inviting. The staff promptly greeted me. They were friendly and accommodating. My room was on the second floor. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The shower had excellent water pressure and an ample supply of hot water. The tub had some mold in the caulk and a stray hair on the wall from a previous guest. The mattress was very soft; I prefer a firmer one. The A/C is very loud. It woke me up every time it turned on. The ceiling was full of patches from leaks. Breakfast was okay. I tried to lie down for a bit after breakfast; however, a child was running back and forth, stomping on the floor above us. The walls and windows are not soundproof. I could hear traffic noise and people in the rooms around mine. I only stayed one night, and it sufficed.

The rooms are clean it has a nice balcony and we were comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking wasn’t a problem but there were a lot of homeless wondering the parking lot after dark.
