Very old property that needs some serious updating. We didn’t even shower as the curtain looked like it had never been replaced. Broken tiles in the shower. Gum on the carpet. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Pool seamed clean but didn’t go in. Hot tub smelled like dirty hot dog water and was very green. Hotel is very out dated.

The hotel was very run down and not so clean. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people wandering around. Front desk people were very nice.

It's a decent hotel, and you can tell they are working to upgrade. Still feels "tired" in some areas, and not everything about the property leaves you with warm fuzzies. Could be great someday, but for now, it was just fine.

Overall a good stay

Was a good experience. Offers a free continental breakfast which was nice. Was a quiet stay mostly except for the freeway noise right next to us. Three is only one elevator which is fine but it’s too slow.

The whole hotel is outdated. Our room had very low lighting. So we had to turn on every lamp in the room. The bathtub was old. It was okay enough for a one-night stay. Don't pay over $200, it's not worth it.

Super dirty, smelly room. Really disgusting and I've stayed in some bad hotels. Homeless all around the property. Generally unsafe feeling for families. Hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel is terrible. Half the staff were super nice, the other half not so much

Staff is great, helpful and polite. Breakfast is thumbs-up. The lobby/atrium is gorgeous. The carpet in our room wasn't well vacuumed and street-side was noisy with traffic sounds. But for an lesser expensive stay in Phoenix, I recommend it.
