If you've been to Sun City Grand before, you already know that the highly desirable adult community is known for its world-class golf courses, recreation/fitness centers, resort style amenities, and active adult social activities. One occupant must be at least 45 + years old. Our "Sonoma" designed home is located within walking distance to the heart of it all. You'll feel at home watching your favorite shows on the big flat screen HD-TV with PREMIUM cable (not basic), and relaxing on the relatively new leather reclining chair and sofas. Our modern split bedroom design offers the ultimate privacy and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Our vacation rental is located in a quiet, safe community and guaranteed to be squeaky clean when you arrive. All the comforts of home are supplied in the fully equipped kitchen along with an outdoor BBQ grill to enjoy dining outdoors. In the bedrooms you'll enjoy the super comfy KING size beds, luxurious sheets, extra pillows, extra-large bath towels and next to the bed reading lamps. The Master Bedroom also has a flat screen HD-TV, If you need to take care of business while you're away from home, we've got you covered with a desk, laser printer, paper shredder, office supplies and High-Speed wireless internet!

HOA requires a minimum 30 night stay - which you'll benefit from a 2.2% tax rate (2.2%) as opposed to 13.99% transient tax that you'd pay elsewhere for a shorter stay. That tax difference can SAVE you HUNDREDS of dollars!

Bring your small to medium size furry family member with you! There is a $200 per pet additional pet cleaning fee.

If you have friends that want to visit or stay with you while you're in Arizona, you might consider renting the "optional" detached and private Casita (mini-suite with kitchenette and private bathroom) for an additional $45 per night. Casita is available to rent only when you book the house. A one-time cleaning fee per guest stay is $60. Please note that the Casita has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It does not have a stove for cooking.

Prior to your arrival, a temporary Vacation Rental Agreement will be emailed to you for your review and signature with the specifics of your booking through VRBO. Located within close proximity are beautiful parks, walking/bike trails, casinos, museums, major league baseball spring training camps, the Cardinal stadium, Phoenix International Raceway (Nascar), historical sites, etc. If you're visiting during "spring training" you're only a short distance to see the Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres and more..... The Phoenix area is unsurpassed in the activities it has to offer (Final Four, Super Bowl, Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, etc).

If you want to venture out of the valley during your stay, we're located close enough that you can plan daily excursions to visit: Sedona, Williams, Wickenberg, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, Tucson, Jerome, Tombstone, and the Grand Canyon.

Sun City Grand is surrounded by nine, reasonably priced, award winning golf courses; 4 recreation centers with several indoor and outdoor pristine pools for swimming, laps or walking; Relaxing Jacuzzi's; State of the art workout/fitness centers; An abundance of sports (softball, tennis, boccie-ball, pickle-ball, etc.) and just about any kind of class you can imagine (bridge, crafts, quilting, sewing, woodworking, computers, etc.); Did you know there's even a fishing pond? If staying 30+ nights, you qualify to purchase a Sun City Grand Membership Activity Access card which allows you access to golf, recreation/fitness center, activities, etc at "homeowner" rates. Check out the SCG website for prices, etc. Within the SCG Community there are plenty of events, activities, scheduled professional entertainment, dining, cafe, shopping, pharmacy, medical facilities and banking for your convenience. Outside of the Community you will find pretty much everything (shopping, banking, etc) within 3 miles.
