Villa Captiva is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in the heart of North Scottsdale with all the amenities you will need! The condo is located on the 2nd level of a 2 story building in the sought after SIGNATURE Complex. 1 covered parking spot and plenty of guest parking available. The great room offers a large TV and a Queen pull-out couch to sleep up to 4 guests total. The full kitchen overlooks the Great room and has a breakfast bar, along with a dining area. Enjoy a drink or your morning coffee on the balcony as well. The bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen television, walk in closets and full bath with a tub/shower combo. Villa Captiva offers in unit washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Free WIFI access.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

The pictures definitely made it look better than it was. The stairway up to the condo was not clean. It looked old. Baseboards in bathroom especially were not clean. Towel bar & toilet holder were almost falling off. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

getaway to warm

The wife and I were anxious to warm up after an endless winter in the west. We found the condo covered all our needs. Grocery stores and nice restaurants were walking distance. The pool was great and the local residents were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location in North Scottsdale

The condo was clean and had nice flooring and a decent couch. It’s located close to the heated pool which we used almost everyday. People were very friendly at the pool. This condo needs a dresser in the one and only bedroom to be able to put away clothes, a new toaster, the following appliances are dated and very loud dishwasher, washer , bathroom vent fan . No bath mat was provided and more more hand towels are needed.

Beautiful place, great location!

I stayed here for two months and it was almost perfect! There was a leak from the fridge which created a puddle in the kitchen some days, but I’m sure this has been fixed since. Also, there was no plunger, filtered water, or product to clean the floor with, just some necessities I didn’t think I’d have to pay for. Other than these minor inconveniences, this place was fantastic. Great location and beautifully decorated, the king bed was SUPER comfortable.

Property was very well situated to everything we were looking for. Close to hiking and golf. Although there was no tennis on the property nice courts were only a few minute drive away. Pool and gym were very nice. An added bonus was AJ Fine Foods my new favourite grocery store, Which was within walking distance. Wes the property manager met us upon our arrival and was available when we had an issue. Only complaint was the cable kept cutting out. It was fixed by rebooting the system

Property was lovely. Felt very safe and all amenities were just as described. Had some trouble with access to pool/hot tub/fitness center because or failed key card. But Wes worked with HOA to resolve after first day. We would stay here again.
