I highly recommend this property if you plan on staying in the Surprise area. The location was central but still quiet, safe and easy to access. The house is incredibly clean, smells great and fit or family perfectly. The host is also fantastic and easy to work with.

This home is in a great location. We were allowed to use the garage and drive way. Easily fit a small trailer, Utility vehicle and two large full size trucks. Furniture was a little dated.

Perfect, quiet location!

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed. Carri thought of everything, including Kleenex! Kitchen was well equipped and bath and bed linens were very nice! The furnishings were very tasteful and in beautiful shape! We will definitely stay here again! One of our best experiences with VRBO or airb&b. Carri is very responsive if you have questions and sent us directions to the rec center where we enjoyed pickleball.

Home away from home

I was in town for a week on business, and because I travel with my border collie, this place was a Godsend. With a safe backyard, comfortable clean stocked house, great neighborhood, and easy check-in, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend, and I will stay again when in town. Thank you!

We went to see the kids and grandkids and do some shopping. We really went to shop seeing the kids was a perk. I have a resale shop and Suncity and Suncity West have great estate sales.

Very clean and a great location to anything you need to get to in surprise. They had nice little snacks waiting for us which was thoughtful. Just remember to bring your own toiletries.

Great 2 bedroom house

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and everything went well. We were in town to visit friends that live in Surprise and also drove to Sedona (about a 2 hour drive) and the Grand Canyon (about a 3.5 hour drive).

Carri is extraordinary!

Home away from home

This place was perfect for me and my husband visiting for a Wedding. There was lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Entrance was very easy to get in to. The house had everything we needed as well. Quiet neighborhood and had a cute park down the street. Will definitely be staying next visit.

Comfortable cozy house

Perfect house for us and our teenager to stay while we visited family nearby. The teenager had his own room and bathroom, which is always a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals as needed. Although we didnt have time, the backyard seemed like a great spot to hang out and relax when the weather was good. Close to grocery stores and White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Would stay again.

spotless clean and new in a safe neighborhood

I was pleasantly surprised that the house is even better than the picture. It was sparkling clean and looked new. Beds were comfortable, sofa was comfy too and the kitchen all all the essentials for cooking a meal. I know where to go if I ever find myself in Surprise AZ again!

Property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, eating area and living room. Outdoor covered patio, gas grill and private backyard. Very clean and all the amenities you need. Also garage with door opener. Highly recommend. AAA+++
