You’re minutes from ASU, walking distance to Sloan Park (Cubs Spring training), Bass Pro, restaurants, and shopping. You park right by your first level entry, you have a private patio with BBQ, a desk and work area if you need it, and the large beds and spacious rooms will have you rested and ready for your activities.
The space
Welcome to the comfort of The Rio! We travel a lot, and set this up to meet our needs if us or our family were staying. Plenty of “At Home” comforts, combined with some things you need when you travel. Luggage stands, shampoo/conditioner/soaps, coffee, make up towels, etc. combined with beds, couches, and furnishings that are comfortable, not just picture worthy.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property minus a small owners closet. We have electronic locks as to not have to remember keys while you stay. Make yourself at home!
