The front desk staff was very accomodating. We had a last minute emergency on the second day of our stay and Zuriel was able to get that cost removed as we didn't spend the night. He was so helpful and pleasant!!! Thanks for having employees that care!

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We especially appreciated having a refrigerator with a freezer, a kitchen sink, plates and utensils. The small sofa was quite comfortable. The decor was simple and attractive. The breakfast bar had more protein choices than we usually see at a hotel and everything was very good. The location was close to the airport, our family members and many stores.

Staff was welcoming and customer satisfaction driven. Room was clean and well appointed, thoughtfully stocked. Dog in room next door barked all night for two nights, but not the fault of the hotel, but opportunity to complain which I did not feel led to do.
