No pool available. They were working on it. You had to walk to the next hotel to use their pool. Light fixture in bathroom was broken and sparked when we turned light on. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. Garbage bags in hallway outside doors. Food garbage bags near garbage cans at elevator very smelly. No shuttle to the airport was available. If we had know about no pool and shuttle it would have been nice. Both were on their profile. I know Covid has made thing hard but room repairs and a little notice if something advertised was not available would have made for a better stay. Also maybe have someone check hallways to collect garbage outside doors a couple of times a day since room service was by request only a day in advance. Asked for manager to call me 4 times and never heard from him.

The hotel is fine, the place it’s at is great,next to The District in Tempe,absolutely anything you need is within walking distance! The problem is it’s built under the flight path,so jets are flying over all day and night ,quite low,you can’t talk while they fly over. Luckily it’s not like a Seattle or bigger airport. Still annoying. The staff is amazing the food while they don’t have. A restaurant. Their breakfast and happy hour are great!
