This place was awesome. The free breakfast was amazing and they had a little something different everyday we were here. There were some fixture that was falling apart and the first night we arrive we did not have hot water so that was a bummer. Overall decent place and would stay again if in the Tempe area.

I liked the cleanliness, the staff, and the design. I liked the chromecast feature on the tv and instructions. I didn't like the smell in the hall way and rooms. It smelled like glue or chemicals from construction. I didn't like the $16 per night to park.

Great location, clean, delicious oatmeal at breakfast, parking was easy $15 a night, walkable to Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Laundry on site was nice but it takes quarters. Beautiful rooftop patio and pool. Very small pool and is more like a plunge pool. We will def stay here again.

Nice facility. Nice and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast area and food. Good location to ASU. Pool is very small on the roof by the bar in case you are coming for that. More like for standing with a drink. Can't swim there.
