Outstanding service at check-in and departure room was clean. Shower was nice. Top floor lounge area was really nice. Great view perfect service. Food was adequate.. Only complaint I would have is the rugs in the hallway are, but being on a college campus I’m sure that’s very tough to control.

great hotel with super easy access to PHX

I've stayed here twice and will probably continue to pick this hotel whenever I come. There are 2 bar/restaurants, the food is a little expensive for what it is, but it's convenient - minimal offerings and for a light dinner and 1 beer it was $25. Many restaurants around but I found that they get pretty crowded. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great! Beautiful view from the roof. Very easy, quick train ride to the airport. Great access to the river trail and many amenities within easy walking distance. Because it is, weirdly, right on the ASU campus most of what's around is targeted to a young crowd but it's still a calm, quiet hotel. My only beef is that they don't have coffee in the lobby, only during breakfast.

Great location right in the middle of U of AZ State. Short walk to Mill Ave with lots of restaurant options. New building. Breakfast was fine. Beds were too soft. Front desk staff were friendly.
