First, I will say the staff was amazing. That said, they needed to be with some of the issues. Rub, main part of us picking the room, woods not hold water and taking a bath was very difficult, clock sis not work at all, fridge was not even cool and there was a tear in the carpet coming out of the bathroom that had a nail that my wife ansbi stepped on a few times before we just covered it with a towel. Noise at night from the pool area got very annoying after about 10pm. Restaurant completely messed up our room service to the point that after an hour and a half it was free. Not what I would have expected from such a high end hotel. Staff was amazing and dealt with me and the issues to the best of their ability. Second night was much better and the stay overall was recovered by the team.

Nice downtown accessible area, minus the construction happening around the building. Friendly staff. No water, no coffee available. Expensive room service.

Loved our room, especially the bathroom and Japanese soaking tub. Pool area was great and overall staff experience was wonderful. Will definitely be back and highly recommend the Kimpton.
