Surprisingly, the biggest thing that people love?! Our delicious sweet and juicy oranges picked from our tree (feel free to pick them if there’s any left).

Every place is well thought out to relax, create memories, and entertain. Yes you can play lawn games all night with well lit area and ambient patio lights!

Arcades includes multiplayer games like Simpsons, Simpsons Bowling, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles + Turtles in Time, Rampage, Guantlet, Joust and more! What looks like decor magnetic game boards like chess are actually playable games you can take off the wall!

Do you need to still work? We have plenty of room to make this place an area to setup your workstation. With reliable blazing fast 100+ mb internet speed on our wifi mesh network you’ll have plenty of signal inside or outside the house.

This is one of the only places in Arizona (although I believe it’s worldwide) where you have easy access to satisfy your taste palette. Fry’s (Kroger), Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are all grouped together with just a 2 minute drive! Feel like making memories with your families? Centrally located to Super Bowl activities! The game is in Glendale but there are NFL sponsored events throughout the Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale! Each location is easily accessible through the freeway which is just mins away from the house. We are season ticket holders to State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals and this drive is perfect! Tempe and Scottsdale events are only 15 minutes away. Phoenix about 20-25 minutes.

Note: As much as we would love to heat our pool for the colder season it is a diving pool and would take too much energy to heat and will not stay warm enough to satisfy. Our hot tub however will reach up to 104 degrees, under beautiful patio lights (if you choose to have them on), and in a great area.
