The room was super clean I got the family room only a tiny bit of tear the hot tub was so nice and the breakfast was okay there was no bacon or eggs just cereal and waffles and and bagels yogurt and other small stuff they need to do better and the elevator was making screeching noise

The room was in good condition, but it is unfortunate that they only make up the rooms every third day. We were only staying 3 days, so our room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. We will look at other options if this cleaning policy is the new normal.

It was very clean but I just wish the customer service was better. We needed toliet paper and we had to go down and get it. Also the breakfast was not good at all. I did like that they had fresh coffee all day long. It was perfect for this cold weather.

Staff was nice and courteous. However, we were on a 4-day stay and our key cards stopped working after the first day, a minor annoyance, but quickly fixed by the front desk person. The room was missing an item or 2, but we were able to get the items from the maid. Like I said the staff was great, my main issue was the area, which was pretty sketchy. I'll have to do a better job of checking reviews next time I pick a hotel in the area.
