We really enjoyed our stay at the Higley house. Location is great with plenty of shopping near by. The house was clean and the layout of the house worked well for us. We really liked that the master suite was separate from the other bedrooms. We also enjoyed the loungers by the pool, they were very comfortable! We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a lovely, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The rooms are big and have comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

house fit all the criteria of our Old Man golf trip. we only ended up with 5 guys this year but would have had plenty of room for the typical 8. Grill, Coffee maker, and hot tub worked great and pool and house were clean. Nice large island kitchen made preparing meals very easy. This home has certainly made the rotation the next time we are in Phoenix.

This home was a 10! Very nice, large house, great location, and a responsive and helpful owner. The entertainment systems are first class and it even has a Keurig. I've been coming down to Phoenix for a week of golf for twenty years and have stayed at fifteen or more VRBO vacation rentals. This is among the best and maybe the best value. Highly recommended.

Great house for two families visiting the area. It was was stocked and furnished for what we needed. The host was quick to respond to messages and provided a direct number to text with for communication. The outdoor pool was heated to a decent temp for during the day - a little chilly at night but it didn't stop the kids from taking a dip. The pool table was nice as well - we played for hours on end! Nice neighborhood, close to markets and restaurants. Would recommend for anyone looking for a space to spread out and relax.
