Exciting news! Brand new pool and water feature are now complete! The new pickleball court opens July 2023! This high end, centrally located, 5400 square foot luxury home with lots of amenities has something for everyone! Outdoor fun begins with pickleball, volleyball, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, horseshoes, and bocce ball. Take a break for some outdoor dining cooked on the gas barbecue grill. Then relax by the fire pit, or maybe take a dip in the 6 person hot tub. The fun continues indoors with billiards, foosball, and poker. Then sit back in front one of the flat screens for the big game or movie night. The foodies in the group won’t be disappointed with the enormous, well appointed kitchen. This was the perfect home for a Girls Getaway. There were 8 of us and the spacious house accommodated everyone with room to spare. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We were close to lots of activities, like a Cubs game, tour of Taliesin West and the Desert Botanical Gardens. Great restaurants nearby as well. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was great. Andrea came to the house to show us around. House was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest going to the house before buying things from the store. They had things like laundry soap seasoning and more already in site. Great host!!!!

Check in was perfect. Scott and Andrea were very responsive to all requests, etc. The property is well equipped with sports items and towels. Rooms are all large and easily accommodated 18 people. The kitchen is missing some items if people want to cook, such as salt and pepper and large serving bowls.

Good location for wedding at Stonebridge Manor

The location is perfect if you are coming for a wedding at Stonebridge Manor. House has lots of sleeping spots and plenty of bathrooms for the getting ready. There is a fence around the pool now so that is different than the photos and the BBQ situation was not working if you are planning for that. It is a big house but there is not much living room/couch space for inside hang out since the main living room has a pool table. It was good for our group since we had a lot of wedding activities and did not plan to spend much time at the property because we were golfing/doing errands/attending the wedding functions. The property manager who met us on the site at the start was super nice (Andi) but she even had to pick up some cigarette butt/cigar butt from the outside area when we arrived to the property. If you are planning a trip with younger kids where you want a big pool and some place for them to watch movies this might not work since the pool is not very big and doesn't have much of a shallow end and is on a super busy road. It has a big kitchen but the kitchen items seem more for like a big spaghetti dinner and not really for 'chef' kitchen stuff. Again, for us it was fine since we had a ton of outside the house food plans but for someone wanting to cook at the house it might be something to consider.Overall it was good for our group but just some observations that were a little different than what we saw in the photos.

Great Property & Hosts

The owners and hosts were great, very communicative both prior to and during our stay. They met us at the property upon check in and gave us a lay of the land, sharing any updates to things that might have changed from the listing. This was extremely helpful and only took a couple of minutes. The property itself was great for our group of 20 guys, spacious and plenty comfortable from a sleeping arrangement perspective. 10/10 would recommend this place to any large group staying in the area.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Mesa. The home was perfect for our family, including 11 grandchildren (ages 1 - 13). They enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, volleyball court, putting green and outdoor TV. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it very comfortable for 20 people. The spacious kitchen and dining room allowed us to cook almost all meals.A few friendly suggestions:- upgrade the pots and pans- the hot tub needs maintenance: a thorough cleaning and a new pump- remove some dead trees on the property

if you are looking for a nice party place for large groups this is a good spot. Scott the owner is great. kitchen nice and new pickleball court. nice hot tub and smallish pool. carpet is bedrooms and other areas very spotty. some chairs in dinning room super worn out. we had a great time but a few things could be updated

Thanksgiving and daughter's 40th with family

The home and entire outdoor activity area was fantastic. Scott, the host, couldn't have been any better. He is a #10 when it comes to being helpful, punctual, and ready to assist with anything needed! Our family had a blast at the pool, playing pickleball, putting, etc. Very nice golf courses within 15 minutes. We would stay there again for sure!

Luxury Home Away From Home!

No need to go anyplace else, this vrbo has it all. Rooms were spacious and activities were plentiful. For us, the pickle ball court saw the most action and was the site of a very energetic tournament. Kitchen set up allowed us to efficiently prepare food for our large group. Scott was always responsive and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Terrific Reunion House

We held a long overdue cousin reunion at the house, and it was, in every way, perfect for our gathering. So many recreational offerings on site that we didn't need to leave the house to find fun. We're already planning the next reunion and we've all agreed this is the place we'll rent for that one, too!

We had 18 people (ages 13-50) fly in from all parts of the country. There was something for everyone! Due to the heat, we spent a lot of day time in the pool and in the house playing pool or cards. When it cooled, we had a pickleball tournament. This is the 2nd house we've rented from Scott and we will always start with him when we're in AZ!
