I have stayed at a lot of less than desirable places but the was pretty bad. Not a hotel, just really cheap trash apartments turned into short term rentals. The entire place is dirty and not maintained well. It did the job but I wouldn’t stay there again. Also there were roaches.

Decided to just book a very short stay via online with my kids. Upon arriving the front office was locked, no problem, I was told by security to call the number on the door. I did 3x and there was no answer. I was allowed to unlock building doors through the website but I wasn’t given a room number which was very confusing. I finally had my call returned 10–15 minutes later and was given my building#, room#, and passcode. When we arrived to our room, it was occupied by another couple who said that their room was changed due to a water leakage in their first room. I had to call the hotel back and they gave us another room. Well, as soon as we entered we noticed some of the dry wall from the top of the window seal had broken off and spread all over the floor. We rarely ever stay at hotels, but even my 10yr old and 8yr noticed how crappy and complicated this experience was. Never booking here again.

Little black hairs all over in the bed in the shower, floor was pretty nasty, killed 2 roachs that i found in room. Not the worst but definitely very low quality rooms.

Check in was difficult, had an extra $35 fee in order to check in, door codes confusing. Place was dirty, tons of dust under sink, floors were icky, had an odor to it. Would rather stay at a motel 6 than here again.

The room was not what’s advertised on the pictures, it was very rundown and old. The front office staff were a little rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered I asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn’t have any and you only get what comes in the room. The pull out couch did not have a blanket only a sheet so I called the front office and they said someone would get back to me and no one ever got back to me about it. I ended up buying an extra blanket. Kids were running up and down the hallways and you can hear them through the room. The room had ROACHES VERY BAD. They were EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, in the kitchen on the counter, even when I was checking there was a roach on the back of the front door. Please RUN do not stay here and if you do be cautious.

Room didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. Hair under sheets and pillows. AC unit was leaking , not enough towels , TVs would turn off by themselves. Toilet would not properly flush. Worst stay we’ve ever had. Should have listened to the other reviews.

Did not use the business facilities. The room was adequate, but Spartan and below the standard that I would expect for the price paid. Bedroom was clean and comfortable Bathroom needs upgrading, showerhead sprayed everywhere sink had no working stopper, and only two towels are provided for four days

To check in we had to call a number no front desk. Once in property building foul smell. Once in our room we spotted cockroaches in bathroom and living space had to walk right out.

We arrived at night and the room was completely torn apart and trashed, mattresses off the beds, no bedding, trash on the floor, cleaning supplies left all over like someone started to clean and then left. The shelves for the fridge were in the bathtub, the whole place was filthy with dead bugs on the floor, needless to say we did not stay and now we’re fighting to get a refund on a room that was uninhabitable.
