This beautiful, newly decorated condo in The Village at Grayhawk Condominiums is on the lower level (no stairs) in the highly sought-after Grayhawk area of Scottsdale. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you need, including sheets, towels, kitchen essentials, and even laundry supplies. All you have to do is bring your clubs and a swimsuit, and you're ready for your vacation!

This condo in the heart of Grayhawk provides a very comfortable place to stay in Scottsdale near Mayo Hospital.This was an extended stay for us and the condo truly felt like a home away from home—very clean, well-kept, and peaceful. Having a very quiet and comfortable space to stay made a big difference during my time there since it was not for vacation. The rooms were also very comfortable, and the beds provided great rest. The host was very responsive in communicating and accommodating. I give my stay 5 stars. ****

Close to Mayo

We needed to stay as close to Mayo Clinic as possible and picked this condo due to location. It was a wonderful surprise. Everything we had read in previous reviews was correct. Not only was the owner easy to work with, but the unit is pretty, very clean, and fun to stay at. There are rabbits, quail, javelina and even a coyote that visit the backyard. It is truly an Arizona desert experience. Along with that, there are many great restaurants minutes away. We really can't say enough about this Vrbo.

From beginning to end, cannot say enough positives.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect for us and it was very well furnished all the way down to extra batteries, light bulbs, paper goods, hair dryers, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, and many other niceties. The desert view out the back is beautiful. Coming back next year!!!

Great Condo with Many Positive Attributes

This condo is great from several perspectives. First, it is in a quiet, gated community with swimming pools and workout rooms. Second, the condo itself is immaculate, supplied with everything you will need to enjoy an extended stay (my wife and I spent 9-1/2 weeks in this unit while I was undergoing treatment at Mayo-Phoenix). The kitchen is very-well supplied with new nonstick pots and pans and all of the utensils we needed. There is a large empty walk-in closet to store your things during your stay. The condo is ideally located. Fry’s, Safeway, Sprouts and Walgreens all less than ten minutes drive. Mayo’s Phoenix campus also about 10 minutes away, as is central Scottsdale. The owner, Jennifer, was on top of every minor problem. She immediately replaced cookware that was damaged by previous tenants, as well as light bulbs and a door stop. Her handy man was on call to maintain the unit.

Clean. Gorgeous dessert setting. Excellent attention to all items in this groovy condo. Modern. Fully equipped. Quiet and bright inside and out. Nice pools, too. Our family of 4 are fortunate to have stayed here.

Love it!

My family of 6 stayed here after a cross country move, while we waited to get into our new house. We loved everything about the condo! The complex and pools are quiet and well kept, and the condo itself is very well taken care of. It's beautifully decorated, and extremely clean and tidy. Loved the attention to detail; there was a Keurig machine with K-cups ready to go in the kitchen, the closets were stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent and towels for the pool - everything we needed around the house was there and available for us to use. One night, there was an issue with the thermostat not working and the owner was great and extremely easy to get a hold of - she had someone there to fix the problem first thing the next morning. I would definitely stay here agin, and will recommend to family and friends when they come to visit us in Arizona!
