The tv did not work had to be move 4 times to different rooms.the shower was plugged the refrigerator didnt work the shower was all peeling.there was roaches

Although this is probably only hotel that allows smoking in some rooms (good as we are smokers). Room was run down to say the least. Graffiti throughout the room. Shower was disgusting, shower rod was barely hanging on. Had been moved at least once, tiles were broken, wouldn't hold shower curtain closed while showering, therefore the floor got soaked. Tub faucet ran constantly, sink had no cold water. Didn't offer amenities as stated (hair dyer). Floors were dirty, we kept socks on, they turned black. Close to railroad tracks, could hear train horn clearly even with door closed. Only one towel was provided, had to go to office for extra towel. I personally had to fix the cable box as it kept cutting out.

The desk staff were awesome, and that’s about where it ended. There was a guy walking around the property with an ankle monitor all night long. The room was clean, but needed maintenance to fix a few things. We’re glad our car didn’t get broken into, but it was unsettling to see people roaming around at all hours of the night.

Bugs, roaches be had left over hairs on them the shower had hair in it from someone left over. Didn’t look like they cleaned the pillow covers good at all.

Room was fine overall. Bed very comfortable. It was hot in the room. The only way to get cool air was by laying in the bed next to the air conditioner. Anywhere else in the room was hot. NO hot water in the shower. Old faucet - hard to turn, so I don't think it was turning all the way to the hot setting. No tissues in the room - just used toilet paper. No shampoo - just bar soap. I would probably stay again - but will check the condition of the shower faucet before accepting the room.

ROACHES!!! in the bathroom . I turned the light on in the middle of the night and a BIG roach went scurring across the top of tub . Couldn't check out for i had no where to go in the middle of the night..and i wasnt going to sleep in my car in the phoenix area. I hate roaches!!! But other than that, the place was ok and the swimming pool area was clean.

I do admit that it’s better than the night I spent at a motel in Riverside. You could still use some touching up this way you can keep out all the low lives and hookers.(Skanks.)

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a camper parked on the side of the alley, looked like the unhoused, there was very limited parking with signs that say they are not responsible for vehicles. I witnessed 2, which looked like substance users, that sounded like they live there. We were moved to 3 diff rooms, the A/C could not cool down the room. There were roaches in the tub. The door lock was messed up. We even paid $25 for early check in, just to leave 4 minutes after check in time. When we brought up the issues the lady at the front desk said the GM would understand and refund us the next day, since she was new, she couldn't issue refunds. I tried calling every day for the next 2 weeks and got the run around. The manager hung up in my face, and then the GM was in "another country" I would say DO NOT waste your time or money here. It is unsafe, and disgusting. Nothing like the pics show. We ended up leaving to another hotel
