Credit card machine didn’t work, had to get cash. Terrible 1st room, no hot water, many small bugs flying around, couldn’t get money back, 2nd room had water reversed, hot was cold, cold was hot. Very cold all night, room wouldn’t heat. People roaming around outside smoking weed made us very nervous. Would not go back or recommend.

Staff is always nice. The ac is nice and works great. But they could change them out a we can have heat whenever we need it. Instead of waiting for the outside temp to drop below 65. And they could put fridge and microwave in every room.

Ac worked but turned it off after i got in cause it was chilly outside. Bath/Shower was backwards so it took a min to figure out to turn to the cold side for hot water but otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was clean and decent for the price the staff was nice but the heater did not work we were provided a space heater but it was a good while before the room warmed up, not the greatest to have a non working heater especially in December

No heater, on the room, did not have water for a hour, terrible customer service by the front office. I told the person in charge to have her informed all the customers that there was no water she said to complain to the manager on Monday. I would not recommend this facility. Bed was bad had the worded weekend. Hoping I can receive done cone if refund.
