Scottsdale Chic Condo w/ Heated Pool, Walk Everywhere! A+ LUXURY in Old Town

Hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, nightlife and Fashion Square Mall are all just a short walk from this property! Comfort and class greet you at this newly renovated ground floor (no steps) condo with wonderful views of the HEATED POOL, lush grass, mature trees & Camelback Mountain. This property is loaded to the 9's with everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation for 6 people!

The space

This is a LUXURY property, our designer went all out with a boho chic luxury concept! Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. King in master, Queen in guest room. Queen pull out couch in the living room and a high end raised queen air mattress upon request. Property has an open concept layout, 2 big bedrooms and 2 full beautiful bathrooms. You can sleep up to 8. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The heated pool is about 20 steps from your door as is the BBQ. Unit comes with private parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.

Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED TV with Netflix, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire condo is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi.

Nice private patio for relaxing.

Other things to note

This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated in the winter. Common BBQ's in the pool area; we provide the grilling accessories. Pack n' play and other baby items available upon request.

Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Old Town Scottsdale for over 5 years. If you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry.

Thermostat locked. Bedroom sliders wouldn't open. Stuffy and warm in Bedroom. TV only had Samsung stations unless you had subscriptions to others. Had to watch Olympics on laptop. Rugs were torn and a trip hazard. Old town was a mile away. Washer dryer not in unit and required an app and credit card info.

Overall, we really liked the condo and Mark was very responsive, right away answering our call/text. The only thing was that the condo had a musty smell in the kitchen and living area, though it went away after a while. Perhaps the unit had been unoccupied for a while. But other than that, the unit was exactly as shown, very clean and new and updated everything, beds comfortable. The location was awesome too, with Camelback literally a 3 minute drive and Old Scottsdale and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive.

The location of this condo is perfect! Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. A lot to do in close proximity. Overall the unit is nice and has a great remodeled kitchen and new couch. However, a few minor updates could make a huge difference. All the rugs need to replaced or thrown out as they are dirty and some are torn. The closet doors need to be removed as they are off the tracks - they could be replaced with nice curtains. The pillows in the master bedroom are flat and need to be replaced. Overall a great unit but it needs some attention to detail.

The property had a great set up with 2 master bed/ bath areas. I would say seating in living room was a bit limited but overall the kitchen had an open space and it was comfortable for 4 adults. The location is walking distance but you have to cross a busy street to the mall- for the price and value this is a fantastic property and the owner responded in minutes to any request!
