Booking Requirements & House Rules
âą Must be 25+ in order to book.
âą Pool Heat:
The cost to heat the pool is $80/day. If youâd like the pool heated, itâs arranged for the entire stay. This home has a gas heater and it require advance preheating and a significant amount of gas to reach and maintain a comfortable temperature to provide the best and most consistent experience possible.

âą NO PARTIES â all visitors must be listed on the reservation and by name on the rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
âą Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
âą Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
âą EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.
Smoking
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.
Maintenance
- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.
Lost & Found
- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.
Trash
- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.
Safety
- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.
