I can’t say enough good about this rental! We had two of us and met friends for part of the time we were there. The house was super clean, so well stocked, had everything and more than we needed. The backyard was amazing and I spent nearly all my time there floating in the pool! Perfect area for meals, cards, pool time and if it had been cooler a fire pit. Hosts were so helpful although we didn’t need anything as they had it all covered!

Perfect Getaway!

We came from Cleveland to take in some spring training baseball and enjoy warmer temperatures. The house and the pool were just perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful. There is a lake just a few minutes away that was also perfect for morning walks. Will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was so clean, updated, and well stocked. The pool was beautiful! We enjoyed using the patio and grilling. The area in Estrella is fantastic...a hidden gem! The close proximity to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, and McDonalds was so convenient. The lake was beautiful. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We will definitely be back!

Charming home in Estrella. Accessible location to essentials. Quiet neighborhood outside of Goodyear. Hiking, golf and walking were all very enjoyable. Restaurants minimal. Highly recommend for if you’re after this appeal. Beds comfortable and kitchen totally equipped!

Very Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The house was clean and welcoming. Perfect for a family. Ample room to relax and enjoy. Pool towels and floats available. Communication with owner was outstanding. One small hiccup with the pool not being heated upon arrival as paid for, but I give the owner an A+ for solving the problem and offering to refund the fee. Pool guy arrived the next morning and pool was heated within 12hrs. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Home away from home.

There is a lot I could say on how wonderful this home was, but let’s stick to the bullet points to help someone else make a decision sooner. Pros: -Comfortable furniture and bedding -Clean -Space for everyone -Bright and open -Water filtration system for drinking water -Left for you on counters often forgotten things; toothbrushes, toiletries etc. -Instruction manuals easily understood -Owners easy to reach if needed -Can park in the garage (perfect in summer!) -You don’t end up feeling like you’re in someone else’s space. Cons: -if I need to give any, it would be the lock on the front door ended up needing batteries so we couldn’t lock from the outside our last night. But that isn’t the home or owners fault. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had both prior and during our stay and honestly so friendly when speaking with them directly. Really just an all around fabulous place to stay even in 119 degree heat, just wish we had booked for a longer stay but will next time!

Great place a little far out.

The property was very nice. The inside of the home was clean and well accommodated. The pictures show the house to be bigger than it is. However the house fit our needs well. The only problem we had was the pool. We had paid extra for the pool heater to be on but the pool was dirty. In our instruction was left a number for the pool guy who we called multiple times and he never showed until next to the last day we were there. We did get in touch with the owner and the pool guy finally showed. So it was a waste of money to have the heater on. The lawn care people showed up early the last morning which eliminated us to use the pool before we left or having our last morning breakfast outside. The front room with the bunk beds are ridiculously low. They might be good for kids but not an adult. The picture does not reflect how low they really are. The owner was a very nice person.

Wonderful stay!! Wisconsin Fam takes on the desert and loved every bit of it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, they really thought of everything! It was perfect for me and my kids (age 9, 17, 18). My niece lives in Goodyear and she was able to bring her new little baby and enjoy the pool with us a few of the days. The home has everything you can think of. We did opt for the pool heat and we were glad we did this time of year (early April). We had a few questions early in the stay (minor, like where the gas line was for grill or fire pit or how to turn the pool heat on or down as it was really warm one day), they were extremely quick to answer. If they didn't have the answer, a call came from the person who had the answer. We did Sedona, Fossil Creek (permit required), Slide rock, shopping, checked out the stadium as the Final Four basketball tournament was happening during our stay so my teenage son was excited about that but overall lots of shopping restaurants interests within 30 minutes. As for Estrella, it is so quiet and I felt extremely safe. It is a little more limited up the Hill in Estrella, but has your necessities - grocery store, gas, coffee shop, golf, hiking etc. There are a lot of activities by the community center, like foods trucks, live music, parks/recreation and you have to walk the north & south lake for sunrise or sunset -- it's Beautiful! If Estrella doesn't have hat you need, few minutes down the hill into Goodyear, you'll find everything you need. The welcome book has lots of great resources. We will most definitely look at booking this one again in the years ahead. Thank you for sharing your home with us -- we really enjoyed ourselves!

Paradise Oasis!!

This property is amazing and our family had a blast!! From the moment you step into this beautiful and spacious home to being in contact with not only the property manager but the owner of the property shows they care about their home and wants the experience to be top notch, which it was!! The amenities were close enough and the pool was beautiful and warm!! The kitchen was amazing and big with enough counter space and storage for a large family. Would highly recommend to any size of family from a young family with small kids to a larger family with older kids. This house will suit your needs and more!! My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with two other couples. Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood, beautiful kitchen, nicely furnished. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool by day and fire pit in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect Vacation Home

We were looking for a comfortable place we could get away and relax and this was absolutely perfect! The backyard, with the pool, fire pit and grilling area was the perfect place for us to spend the majority of the week. We were there with our 3 children, my son's girlfriend and my parents. There were places we could all be together but also enough space to spread out when we wanted to. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped and a fun place to cook our meals. We only grabbed take out once because we loved cooking between the kitchen and the grill so much. The house was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. We had trouble with the pool heater and were quickly taken care of after contacting our guest contact. The electricity went out one night and the kind next door neighbor checked on us and gave us a couple of candle. We absolutely loved our week in this beautiful home and the Estrella/Goodyear area. We hope to visit again!!

Awesome place.....Perfect for a family getaway

This place is fantastic. The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool and outdoor grill space is AMAZING! The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

This property is exactly as described and more! The homeowner has made this property literally a home away from home for guests. Everything you could possibly need is at the property and available. Check the house before going to the store for miscellaneous items, chances are it's probably already in the home. From paper towels to ziploc bags to spices, flour, sugar, condiments, cold bottled water, even a delicious snack for your arrival. This homeowner was amazing and communication was great. I highly recommend this beautiful home; it will not disappoint.
