Arriving to our home you will find a welcoming entrance with driveway parking available for you and your guests. We can accommodate up to a 30' RV with our separate parking area available on the side of our home. Please keep in mind hookups are not provided onsite. Our home is also easily navigated with the front entrance opening up to the dining, living and kitchen areas. Our guests are welcomed to make themselves right at home the moment of arrival!
Our great neighborhood location is prime for anyone looking to explore and enjoy all that AZ has to offer - from days trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and/or Flagstaff to afternoons spent shopping at Kierland commons, Fashion Square or Old Town Scottsdale and everything in between. There are activities everyone can enjoy and we're here to help you with all your trip details!

House Rules: THIS HOME IS UNDER SURVELLIANCE âą I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. âą No smoking âą The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time âą No parties or events âą Dogs welcome upon approval with fee applied âą The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
Other Information: âą $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking. âą ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine. âą No Cats Preferred âą You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ. âą A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email. âą Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation âą We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors âą IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. âą Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE âą We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. âą Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house. Great home with a lot of amenities! The house is in a perfect location. Close to the airport and the liveliness of Scottsdale but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of shopping and places to eat within minutes. Highly recommend!
Our time in Scottsdale was nothing short of amazing. The location was a quiet family neighborhood and easy access to the freeways for anything we wanted to do. Hiking, zoo, Arizona Boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Jayne was incredibly helpful and quick to respond with questions or concerns.
Great property, ideally located, great pool, comfy beds and lots of space! Needs hand towels for kitchen, bball hoop is broken, no broom/vacuum inside, no pool shade (umbrella didnât work and no stand), no way to hold net on ping pong table, and no access to the garage. Overall, no dealbreakers, great property!
This property has convenient to shopping and activities. It was exactly as promised. There was a typical level of plates and other service items, (silverware, pots, etc), however, more utensils for cooking and a larger pot would have been welcome. We added a large stock pot to the property for future tenants.
Outside of this one shortfall, this property was excellent and I recommend it for any large party.
My family decided after 7 years to get together for Thanksgiving. This property was the perfect location with the perfect accommodations. Loved everything about the property.
