CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:



- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.



- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.



- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.



-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).



Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.



You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`



The pool can be heated during winter months for additional nightly fee.

When the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons

We do not charge for hot tub



*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it`s always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
