LOCATION:

Located just 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this beautiful vacation home is the perfect get away location for you, your family and friends! Our house is located in a quiet community with the backyard overlooking the Palm Valley Golf Course.

Goodyear Ball Park and Camelback Ranch are located a short 12 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and the annual Fiesta Bowl is located within 20 minutes. Chase Field (MLB) and the Footprint Center (NBA) are located a short 30 minute drive to downtown Phoenix and lets not forget the NASCAR racing at the Phoenix Raceway which is a quick 16 minute drive.

If you love shopping, you will enjoy the Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger Outlets and the Arrowhead Town Center all within 25 minutes. Scottsdale is just 45 minutes away and offers great shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons or Old Town Scottsdale. If you take a trip into Scottsdale, make time to see the Phoenix Zoo and OdySea Aquarium, you won't be disappointed.

If you like hiking, biking and nature walks, the City of Goodyear has 81 cycle routes and trails in and around Goodyear to explore. Check out "Bikemap" to see where all the routes are. Also explore Estrella Mountain Regional Park. You won't be disappointed.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

This home is powered by solar electricity and has been upgraded to include a complete H2O Concept Filtered Water System.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sqft in area with 4 bedrooms, an office, a loft, 2 œ bathrooms and a double garage.

Walk in the front door to a formal living/dining room with a natural gas fire place, custom window treatments, ceiling fans and tile wood designed flooring. There is a formal dining room table for those special meals or game nights with family and friends.

The open floor plan features a family room off the kitchen and is equipped with a 75 inch big screen TV and wireless Wi-Fi for everyone.

The eat-in kitchen has a center island with granite counter tops. The fridge has a built in water and ice dispenser with filtered water which makes it safe and delicious to drink. The stove is glass top with dual ovens, there is a built in microwave for those quick warm ups and a double door dishwasher for those quick clean ups. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (pod & pot), blender, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, and more . The cupboards are stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc, and have been labeled to assist in maintaining a fully organized kitchen.

The main floor has an office with desk, chair and WiFi which is perfect for those who require a work friendly private space.

The large main floor Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, open concept bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower with multiple shower heads, heated towel rack and separate toilet room.

No worries for the rest of the family or friends. Others will appreciate the comfort of a king size bed in the first spare bedroom that also includes a 47 inch TV, a queen in each of the second and third bedrooms. In case there is a late arrival there is a comfy futon in the upper loft/pool table area.

With a beautiful backyard, be entertained by the pool or in our 4 person hot tub. Enjoy our super comfy patio furniture while catching some rays or for just enjoying some cool ones by the pool. For those of you who love to cook, we have a gas BBQ for that delicious meal.

This house will truly be your next home away from home.

This house was truly such a great home away from home!! We made this trip for a memorial service for my mother and honestly felt this home was a perfect way to navigate this difficult time. They have supplied this home so well, we had more than we needed and were able to host family for a couple of small get togethers. We weren't missing a thing to be able to cook and host. The pool and hot tub are amazing, as is the pool table. I've never stayed at a vrbo that literally felt as close to home as one could be. Amazing home, communication, I can't of one single thing I'd do differently. I cannot recommend this place more.

Great home away from home

This home was perfect for our large family and even grandparents. With the primary bedroom on the lower level my elderly parents didn’t have to deal with stairs, and there was still a nice big room with a king bed upstairs as well as two other rooms and a bonus area. All we needed in the kitchen to cook for the week was there, and then some . Backyard was fabulous for those hot summer days in AZ. Location was super ! Right next to everything and a very quiet , safe neighborhood. We felt right at home !

Fantastic House with all the Amenities!

This house is too good to be true. Not only is it everything you need in a home, but it's in a great location with lots of shopping, restaurants, ect. Chris is a wonderful host who thinks of all the things you need and everything is right where you think it should be. Plenty of towels, pantry items and dishes. I loved all the little touches too like all the serving platters, silverware, pans, and high end kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were all comfy and cozy and the finishes in the home are really spectacular. The furniture is really special too and each room is well thought-out. The pool and hot tub were both very well maintained and the house is spotless. It's a gem! Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing, warm, comfortable home.

Great home!

We enjoyed our stay is this beautiful home. The description was accurate. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The location was great with just about any restaurant or store you could want within a 5 minute drive. The owner messaged us a couple days into our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this home.

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The location was centrally located for everywhere we went during the week. The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 teens and they were entertained and had plenty of space the entire time. We’d highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house

This is one of our favorite vrbos to date. The heated pool and hot tub were in excellent working condition and we spent alot of time in them. The house was perfect everyone had their own space and we enjoyed family time in the kitchen and family room. It was also the best stocked VRBO i have rented. We had no issues with the home so i did not have a need for a lot of contact with the owners but when i did reach out they were always polite and quick to respond. We would love to rent this property again.

Christmas in the desert

We had a wonderful time at the Home Away from Home. The home was clean and kitchen was well equipped and organized. The beds were comfortable and we had great communication with the owners. We will be staying here again.
