You will drive down 1/4 mile of dirt road to get to the home. All the roads in the immediate neighborhood are dirt. It's common in the area, cuts down on traffic, and makes for great walking right out your front door. Right in the neighborhood you can take in the Sonoran desert views. Enjoy coyotes, owls, hawks & other wildlife.

There is so much to do outdoors in this area. The trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding are everywhere. Bartlett lake is nearby. And there are five golf courses within 10 miles.

You are 10 min from downtown Cave Creek & Carefree, popular tourist destinations with a cowboy theme. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, antique stores, art galleries, biker hangouts, bicycle hangouts, coffee shops, and a ghost-town style shopping and dining location that's perfect for picking up souvenirs. The food and amenities in this area are top notch.

You are 15 min from the 101 which gives quick access to the rest of Phoenix. Nearby are major shopping areas, outlets, malls, and every convenience a large city affords.

The space

This is a one bedroom casita attached to an RV garage. You have a main room with a kitchen, dining table, and couch that pulls out into a surprisingly comfortable bed as well as a separate room with a queen size bed.

The sofa bed is a bit heavy to pull out because of the plush mattress, so make sure you have someone in your party who can open it up if you plan on using it.

All the essentials are included and extras like a basic breakfast, coffee, and popcorn. You have a full kitchen and a separate bedroom.

You will have fast wireless internet and a 55" smart TV which comes with an included Hulu subscription and access to Amazon Prime videos. There is also a Blu Ray player and a selection of movies. The TV is in the bedroom.

Guest access

Your space is completely private, there are no shared walls unless someone needs to get into the attached RV garage, which is rare. There is also ample room for parking if you have multiple vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, or even an RV.
