This private and quiet, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is cozy and comfortable. Prepare to relax in this updated vacation home that boasts all the amenities you desire! All 5 mattresses are comfortable, memory foam. Quiet Scottsdale neighborhood close to Kierland, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, West World, Mayo Clinic and awesome shopping and dining. Private backyard with covered patio, grill, hot tub, outdoor games and optional heated pool (*fee, see below). This home is a wonderful place to get away from it all and create lasting memories with your family and friends. This home is intended for small groups and families to come and relax and enjoy time together. This house is not for parties, loud groups of people, or events.
***There is a fee of $50/night for the heater. The pool is heated to 84 degrees prior to arrival and ready to use. *** Not a diving pool, 5 feet is the deepest part. Pool safety fence required when young children are at the house, even if they are not staying at the house and just visiting for any period of time. Please notify us if you would like the pool heated during your stay. :)

***If you are traveling with young children and would like to use the single stroller, double jogging stroller, or pack n play-please notify us so we can leave them out for you. We keep those types of baby items stored away to minimize germs and keep them clean between groups. The pack n play has a double sided mattress, soft vs firm so you can use the appropriate side based on your little ones age. It also has a fitted sheet.
*The house has several amenities for babies and children available, additionally, we have little ones in our home and are happy to disinfect and share any baby/child necessities you may need during your stay to make it feel more like a home away from home!

Place was advertised. Very comfortable with great outdoor space. Hosts were great to work with. Walk to Kierland commons and shopping/restaurant area. Everything we wanted was less than 15 minutes away walk or drive. We stayed there while taking a golf school. Highly recommend and would stay there again when in Scottsdale area.

Courtney was very responsive, and the extra baby necessities she provided was super helpful. Comfy beds, TV in every room, white noise machines too! The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and near many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

The trip was awesome! Home was as advertised. Very clean, pool was very nice. Courtney was very responsive to our messages and requests. She adjusted the pool temps immediately upon request.Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Scottsdale vacation spot.

Great Stay

We were in town for 5 nights for a family wedding. 3 adults. Property was very clean and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated Kcup coffee pods and new creamer along with starter snacks since we arrived on Christmas. Nicely renovated. Even found a steamer to freshen up our wedding outfits! Property owner immediately responded to questions and a maintenance issue. Would stay here again.

A Scottsdale Thanksgiving

My husband and I traveled to AZ to spend Thanksgiving with our two kids who now go to college in Arizona. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, plus a friend that joined us for Thanksgiving. Home had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Loved or srat!

Great House

We loved staying in this house! There was plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I was very impressed with all the small details: water and snacks upon arrival; extra toiletries for those that may have been forgotten; loved using the white noise machine! Also, the master bed was very comfortable - got great sleep! The location was convenient to Kierland, Old Scottsdale, Groceries. We've stayed in many homes over the years and this is one of our favorites! Thanks!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was perfect- beautiful home, lots of space, every little detail of anything you could need they had. The outdoor area is where we spent almost all of our time, and it was perfect. The beautiful, spacious pool, the hot tub, lots of comfortable outdoor seating, outdoor tv, the list goes on. It was a perfect stay with the most responsive, helpful hosts!

Perfect VRBO for a family with young kids!

If I could give this 100 stars, I would! My family and I have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been the best, hands down. Everything about this property was wonderful. It's absolutely perfect for a family with kids; the house comes equipped with everything you might need like a highchair, pack n play, sound machines, toys, stroller, etc. The pool and outdoor space is awesome. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and even left a special birthday treat knowing that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay. If we come back to Scottsdale, we will definitely be staying here again!
