THE SCOTTSDALE EXPERIENCE

Begin the morning with coffee overlooking the backyard, head out for a round of golf or a day of shopping and dining, then return home for a swim, a workout or a relaxed evening around the outdoor fireplace.

The estate is conveniently positioned for many of Scottsdale’s most sought-after experiences, including WestWorld, TPC Scottsdale, Spring Training, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and Mayo Clinic Scottsdale.

Throughout fall, winter and spring, the area comes alive with golf, equestrian events, collector-car auctions, art shows, culinary experiences and some of Arizona’s most beautiful weather. Whether you are attending Barrett-Jackson, the WM Phoenix Open, a WestWorld competition or simply escaping the cold, the home provides a peaceful place to relax between outings.

A BACKYARD DESIGNED FOR SCOTTSDALE LIVING

The beautifully landscaped backyard is the heart of the property. The resort-style setting includes a large swimming pool with waterslide, spa, covered lounge areas, outdoor fireplace and fire pit tables.

There are multiple places to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day—from shaded morning coffee and sunny afternoons beside the pool to quiet evenings gathered around the fire.

FOUR COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS IN THREE PRIVATE WINGS

The home accommodates a maximum of eight registered guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged across three separate sleeping wings:

• The Primary Wing features a spacious king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom.

• The Junior Suite Wing offers a queen bedroom with its own private en suite bathroom.

• The Family Wing includes two king bedrooms connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Each bedroom is furnished with quality linens, extra pillows and an HDTV. The separate-wing design provides additional comfort and privacy, allowing families and couples to enjoy their own space while still sharing the home together.

This arrangement is especially comfortable for adult families, couples traveling together and golf groups. Every guest enjoys a proper bedroom rather than an overcrowded bunk room or converted sleeping space.

CHEF’S KITCHEN AND GENEROUS GATHERING SPACES

The spacious chef’s kitchen overlooks the resort backyard and offers plenty of room to prepare meals, enjoy breakfast or gather over a bottle of wine. It includes a large island, cooktop, double ovens, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, juicer, cookware, utensils and serving essentials.

Throughout the home, guests can enjoy a formal living room, comfortable den, casual dining area and family room with fireplace. The spacious layout provides room to gather together while also allowing guests to enjoy quiet time apart.

PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL GYM

One of the estate’s most distinctive amenities is its fully equipped private gym. Guests can maintain their fitness routine without leaving the property or sharing a hotel fitness room.

The gym includes a heavy-duty Smith machine with cable system, free weights, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bicycle, inversion table and television.

WORK, STAY AND SETTLE IN

A generously sized private office and reliable Wi-Fi make the home comfortable for guests combining travel with work or planning a longer Scottsdale stay.

For reservations of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay housekeeping service will be scheduled approximately halfway through the reservation.

POOL AND SPA INFORMATION

Spa use is included with the reservation. Optional pool heating is available for $450 per stay (up to 1 week stay) and must be requested in advance.

The pool and spa share one heating system and cannot be actively heated at the same time. When the spa is heating, the pool heater pauses. The pool’s ability to retain its temperature during that time depends on the weather. Guests will receive complete pool and spa operating instructions before arrival.

This is a carefully maintained private home in a quiet residential estate neighborhood. It is intended for responsible families, couples and mature groups seeking a peaceful Scottsdale experience.

Maximum overnight occupancy is eight registered guests. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Parties, events, unauthorized visitors, smoking and pets are not permitted.
