Place was clean and staff helpful… only notes are that place already feels a bit old, unit had no hangers or shampoo (staff helped but it did take a while) and paid for parking (on a separate app) and space was always occupied by other cars.

This was my third stay at Sentral in Scottsdale and it’s been consistently great. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the property is gorgeous, and the surrounding area is excellent with easy access to dining and shopping. Comfortable, well-maintained, and reliable every time. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were kind and exceptionally competent. The room (2b2b) was sparkling clean with higher end furnishings. The common areas were impressive and vast! Nice private office spaces for one-on-one meetings and a group space. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry rooms were stocked with supplies (replenishable). Towels, linens, pillows were soft and above average. The pool, spa, and lounging area outside was very inviting with loveseat-like seating and covered lounge beds! The only complaint is that Sentral advertised a heated pool at this location but the pool IS NOT heated. Mid-December through March pool heat is a must. I would stay here again during months that a heated pool was not needed.

Overall, our stay was a great experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The service was excellent, and staff were attentive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. The location is also ideal, within walking distance to Fashion Square and several excellent restaurants.

Stay away!!! Sentral left me stranded on the street overnight! Their lock box for keys was out of order when I arrived, and they do not have anyone on staff after 6pm (just someone to text with in Texas). Instead of having emergency procedures in place to provide an alternative way to access the apartment, they pretty much told me that I am on my own. I had to book an alternative stay at 4x the cost (last minute booking). When I asked to be compensated, Cedric at Sentral told me sorry, our mistake, but you you’ll have to bear the cost.
