Check in was super easy. Also loved the fact that parking was included in my stay because downtown tempe parking can be horrible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and space of the room was also amazing.

Two days in phoenix.

Only a two day trip. Woman at check in was very friendly and able to check me in an hour early. Paid for parking but it was plentiful and cheap. Didn’t have breakfast. Did stay in an ajoining room. Not on purpose. The people in the next room were very loud and you could hear everything they said. Out of that it was quiet. Area seemed fine. Walkable to some food coffee etc. easy access to Scottsdale phoenix freeways.

Stayed because it was near airport. Didn't like high beds. Too high! Would prefer a micro wave in room or free to go breakfast. Near Mill St. Employees were friendly.

Great location if you are visiting ASU, Tempe. Friendly staff. The hotel looks nice from outside but it’s pretty dirty inside. The room was good size. I had an issue with my sink. My sink was flooded & upon multiple requests. it wasn’t fixed nor did they gave me a different room. Upon arrival I noticed all there rooms on level 1 were flooded & the carpets were being dried. Not a clean place at all. Parking was $15/night which was ok though. Would not recommend.

The restaurant inside serves Starbucks and other little snacks and closes at 9:30am. My first morning there the alarm clock went off at 6am, so check that. And the housekeeping ladies were talking outside of my door at 7:30, the door is not soundproof you can hear everything in the halls. The train is also right next to this location so that’s also a little loud. Overall the bed was comfy and the amenities and patio was very nice and the customer service.

Nice hotel, clean, would stay again. Only issue was person across the hall playing tv extremely loud late at night sounded like it was in my room. Didn't have any other noise problems with rooms sharing walls.
