This unit is right by the front of the complex easy to go In and out. This unit comes with a parking space (but plenty of spots uncovered as well) full kitchen with dish-ware, linens, towels, toilet paper, soap and wifi provided. 2 TV’s with Netflix provided (please use the guest profile).
Being in this unique quaint condo you have access, to groceries less than 5 minute walk away at Fry’s, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s. Retail therapy at the Biltmore Shopping center center 3 blocks away! With amazing restaurants! The airport is a 12 minute drive with immediate access to the freeway. Close to Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix being within 15 minute drive to either area. There is a hot tub, pool and gym area available upon inquiry.
We wanted to make this space a peace of ourselves, and we hope you feel at home in this space!
