Comfortable Gold Canyon home with a great room and lovely outdoor space for gathering and building memories. Livingroom has a 55" TV and soft, cushion sectional couch and chair for hours of relaxing, gathering together, conversing, or just watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to make delicious meals or to serve food brought in or delivered from nearby restaurants. Dinning area has a dinning set that easily sits 6 where meals can be enjoyed, games can be played, and conversations can be made as you gather around. Master bedroom includes ensuite full bath, 70" TV, walk in closet, and access to the backyard patio. Comfortably sleep 4 in the other two bedrooms with a queen bed and a trundle bed that can be made into a king or 2 twins. Bedrooms have curtains and/or blinds for more comfortable sleep. The peaceful outdoor living space has a dining table, sofas, gas barbecue, gas fire pit, putting green, and stunning view. The backyard is fully fenced and backs up to a green space with a clear view of Silly Moutain, and looks out at the west end of the Superstition Mountains. The double car garage is available. Free access to the community pool and hot tub - only a 10 minute walk from the house. Walking trails, hiking, golf courses, local cuisine, and grocery store are all conveniently located in beautiful Gold Canyon and waiting for you and your family and friends to experience and enjoy.
