The airport shuttle was nice and the room clean and decently decorated, but it’s a motel in an ugly area, so window shades stayed shut m, making for a dark room and I managed to walk past a prostitute on my way to the room. Have no idea how it managed an 8.6 rating.

The area around the front of the gate was surrounded by folks from the homeless shelter just down the block. The lights were very dim at 8pm. We had told the folks that we not going to make it by four pm to receive our refund. It was a very unsafe area for a family to be placed in.

It was very convenient and close to the airport. Left before the breakfast at 6 am. Was able to change to 2 queen sized beds vs a king as a friend was traveling with me. Told it was not available; but after informing the clerk that I had already arranged to change the room he accomodated our request. Upon arrival there were 4 cop cars with lights flashing just down the block. Not sure what was going on but we had no problems with our stay.
