Escape to a colorful Phoenix getaway designed for pool days, warm desert nights and time together. The Pink Flamingo is a vibrant 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a private backyard, private pool with optional heating, 4-hole putting green, fire pit, tropical-inspired décor and plenty of space for families, friends and group getaways.

Spend the afternoon by the pool, challenge the group to a round of putt-putt, relax around the fire pit, or grab a photo in front of the “Stay Wild” neon wall. Inside, you’ll find comfortable gathering spaces, five queen-size beds and a fun Flamingo Kitchen stocked for your stay.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

Pool heat is available for $75/night with a 2-night minimum, beginning on the day of arrival. Heating must be requested and paid for at least 7 days before check-in because the pool requires several days to reach the target temperature of approximately 80–85°F.

Pool service is performed on Tuesdays.

THE SPACE

The Pink Flamingo sleeps up to 10 guests with five queen-size beds. Each of the three bedrooms has one queen bed, and two additional queen beds are located in the front living area.

The home has two full bathrooms with double vanities. Bedroom 2 also has a vanity desk with an LED mirror, while Bedroom 3 has two vanity desks with LED mirrors. Additional full-length mirrors are provided throughout the home.

THE BACKYARD

The private backyard is one of the highlights of the property and was designed for spending time together.

Step through the sliding doors to a large outdoor space featuring a private pool with optional heating, approximately 1,200 square feet of turf, a 4-hole putting green, fire pit, sectional seating, egg chairs, outdoor dining area with a cow-print umbrella, poolside loungers and colorful photo-worthy touches.

Whether you’re swimming, putting, lounging in the sun or relaxing around the fire pit after dark, there’s plenty of room for the whole group to spread out.

PROPANE FIRE PIT & GRILL

A propane fire pit and propane grill are available for guest use. Because propane usage varies significantly between reservations, we cannot guarantee that every tank will be full upon arrival.

If a tank is empty, guests may exchange or refill it and we will reimburse up to $20 per tank with a receipt from a nearby filling or exchange location.

Please never leave the fire pit running unattended.

INDOOR LIVING

The main living room has a large sectional facing a 16-foot green hedge wall, along with a separate sitting area with two additional couches.

Gather around the oversized dining table for meals, games and time together. The Flamingo Kitchen is stocked with cookware and kitchen basics along with plenty of pink personality, including pink dishes and silverware. You’ll also find a microwave, air fryer, knives and other essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

Just one block away are four outdoor pickleball courts.

The home is a fun fit for girls’ trips, family getaways, sporting-event weekends, group vacations and anyone looking for a colorful Phoenix escape. Parties and events are not permitted.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.

Entry is self check-in using a unique door code created for each reservation.

PARKING — MAXIMUM 5 VEHICLES

One vehicle may park in the driveway, one in the space next to the driveway, and up to three vehicles directly in front of the property.

Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.

IMPORTANT HOUSE INFORMATION

Occupancy:
Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests. Please book for the correct number of overnight guests and update us if your group changes. Visitors should not create a gathering or event beyond the registered reservation.

Quiet hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM and are strictly enforced out of respect for our neighbors. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations, including police or city enforcement.

Music:
A soundbar is provided inside the living room and must remain indoors. Portable speakers may be used outside at a reasonable volume while respecting neighborhood quiet hours.

Decorations:
Please do not use adhesive dots, tape or adhesive strips on walls or décor, as they can remove paint.

Confetti and glitter are prohibited both indoors and outdoors, including confetti-filled balloons. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if these rules are ignored.

Pets:
No pets are permitted.

Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property.

For guest safety, property security and host protection, exterior security cameras are located at:

1) Front porch overlooking the front door/front area
2) Front-right corner overlooking the right-side gate/front area
3) Front-left corner overlooking the left-side gate/front area
4) Rear exterior of the home overlooking the backyard area

There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras may not be covered, disabled or tampered with.
