Comfortable Condo!

Lovely Condo

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the area sites. The condo was so nice, we asked to stay an additional night but it was already booked. Not surprised. I guarantee if you stay here you will want to come again. The condo owner was wonderful and gets right back to you. If I had to give them a negative, it was that there was no dishwasher tabs. Will definitely come back.

As advertised, owner very responsive

This location was perfect for us because we had friends close by in Scottsdale. Check in and check out was super simple. The place was very well decorated and homey to be in. There are grocery stores within a five minute drive and a restaurant you can walk to. The covered parking would be a blessing in the summer, though it wasn’t necessary in January. I would absolutely stay there again.

Second Timer in Old Scottsdale

We are second time renters of this property and are extremely satisfied with the furnishings and how the owner proactively manages and maintains the property. Upon entering it was hard to believe that a year had passed between visits. Close proximity to Old Town means there is always something to do and if you need to access a highway the 101 will get you started in the right direction. Night times in the condo complex are quiet. A very nice unit to rent.

Scottsdale trip

I would have to say I was very disappointed with the bed arrangement. The posting said it was a King bed however it was two twin beds pushed together. I do know that the two twin beds do make a king but the bed was made as two twin beds with the sheets tucked in at the middle and pushed together. The beds were not attached and when I went to crawl into bed in the middle there became a gap because they were not connected. My husband also thought the bed was very comfortable. My other issue was that there was no TV options. It did say you could log into your current subscriptions and they would delete them when you left. However, with many of the subscriptions now there are so many restrictions on where you can sign in. On a positive note the location was great and I also enjoyed the pool area as well.

Exceptional condo, convenient to everything

This is our second time staying at the condo and we have already booked it for a third year. It is totally updated, fresh, clean and inviting. Pics are right on. The patio is lovely and private. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and everything Old Town makes this the perfect "home away from home" stay. Pool and clubhouse are fantastic. The owners are awesome people, available and quick to help with any questions / needs you have.

Best stocked rental ever!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We just wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the balcony more often. Still better than Chicago in January! We've rented a lot of homes all over the world, and this was by far the best stocked of any. We cooked in a lot and never lacked for tools and dishes. We loved the sofa with two foot rests. Also great lighting everywhere. The bed was comfy with a good selection of pillows. We were super happy to have a covered car port close as well. The location was perfect for nearly everything we did. The grocery store was so close we walked a couple of times. The walk into Old Scottsdale's was an easy 15 minutes so we did it several times. We would definitely rent this condo again! Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the location. We would stay again but the one thing to keep in mind there is no in suite laundry. There is a coin laundry on premises.

I couldn’t get into the property and the owner never responded to calls, Ring doorbells messages, and in app messages. VRBO also didn’t respond. I paid for a property I couldn’t get into and had to float from hotel to hotel while waiting for help.

3 weeks in Scottsdale near Old Town

When you book a condo you always wonder about the accuracy of the listing. If anything, the listing for this unit was understated. The unit is nicely positioned on the quiet 4th (top) floor across the street from a small strip mall that contained two sports bars, a pizza hut & a Sprouts grocery store. The covered parking stall in in row one with easy access to an elevator or a stairs if you want to exercise your legs. The unit itself is a one bedroom which felt larger than a two bedroom unit that I had rented elsewhere on a previous trip. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled as it was well maintained with no scratches, scrapes or dings. Appliances were modern and the living room had a nice sized flat screen which was great for watching the NFL playoff games. As for location, we were relatively close to the 101 and were quickly able to move about the Phoenix metro area. The owners were easy to work with and I suspect that this unit generally rents itself and would be a great match for long-term renters. If the question is "would I rent this unit again" the answer is absolutely.

Quick get away

The property was located in one of the most popular and convenient locations in Scottsdale. Everything we live to do was nearby. We especially enjoyed the convenience to Papago Park where we went several evenings to watch the sunset at Hole in the Rock. The unit was beautiful decorated, well stocked, and offered many conveniences. Our host communicated effectively and in a timely manner. Everything went very smoothly.

All you an ask for in getaway condo!

Condo was very clean with a good location. It has all the amenities once could desire for a vacation getaway or a long term stay. The photos reflect accurately the condition of this condo. Owner was very responsive and cooperative. This experience was like having a second home while being away from home. The Maya condominium complex is little older, but the project is undergoing some painting and beautification.

Stunning condo in Old Town Scottsdale

We could not have been happier with this beautifully decorated elegant condo, so wonderful and easy to get to anything you want or need. Grocery stores, restaurants,breakfast spots,cafeteries, Scotsdale Fashion Square mall are all just a short walk from this perfect condo. The property owner Maureen was so helpful ,so outstanding. This is our first time staying here and I am looking forward to time #2. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you Maureen.
