Terrific Tempe 4BR- mins to Scottsdale/ASU/Airport

Perfect central location! Everywhere you need to go is a very short Uber ride away. Spacious home, perfect for groups and families in a nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen for entertaining, and a comfy living room for relaxing and socializing. Large open backyard with a pool and patio to have fun and enjoy the sun. Remote working spaces. Kick back in the massage chair after a long day.

No late night parties please. Very important, my neighbors have kids.

Location: Just a few minutes from Scottsdale, ASU, Mill Avenue, Mesa- all about 3 miles away. Airport is about 9 miles or 13 min drive/uber. The Light Rail is a 15 minute walk from the house which takes you to the airport, ASU, Mill Ave, Downtown PHX for only $2. Home located 1/4 mile from 101 & 60 freeways. 1 mile from 202 freeway. Can get anywhere in the entire valley very easily and quickly.

Inviting 4 BR home with large kitchen and open dining area. 3 bathrooms (the 3rd bathroom has a shower and sink, no toilet). Dining table seats 8 and countertop seats 4- perfect for cooking while mingling. Living room has a 52in TV with an Amazon Fire Stick with Sling TV (cable), Netflix and other apps. You can also plug your laptop into the HDMI port and stream whatever you want. Board games for a game night and massage chair to wind down after a long day.

Fun backyard space with pool (not heated) and lounge area. Covered patio with a couch, table and umbrella with 4 chairs if you need shade & lounge chairs to tan and catch the sun. Corn-hole set for some friendly competition.

Washing machine and dryer in the home.

Exercise: Limited exercise equipment in the home- dumbbells and perfect push-ups. Camelback Mountain is down the street for a real workout! Or take a leisurely stroll around Tempe Town Lake. Stop by A-Mountain for quick easy hike at ASU. South Mountain is another good scenic hike nearby.

Parking in driveway and the street is free.

Transportation: Airport to the home can be a quick Uber ride ($15-$20) or you can also take the Lightrail then walk 15 minutes to the house.

The Lightrail goes direct to ASU, Mill Avenue, Airport (44th & Washington) & Downtown Phoenix.

Please no parties after 10pm. Arizona is cracking down on this very hard and rightfully so. Phoenix recently made new policies to implement large fines if cops are called. Just please be respectful to the neighbors who have kids. Close the windows after 10pm and keep the noise inside.
Tempe and Scottsdale have thousands of amazing Bars and Clubs right down the street- go party over there, that is what they are there for.
Outside quite hours from 10pm to 9am.

Great location, house needs updates

Furniture is cheesy at best. House and furnishings need a makeover. Weeds abundant in back yard. Pool wasn't clean. Junk piles on the sides of the house. House need TLC desperately. The location was great, but the house needs professional work.

Wonderful stay in Phoenix

We were in town for a wedding and stayed with a group of 10 family members and friends. It was a very spacious and comfortable stay. Having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus in getting ready for the big day.

Needs some TLC

Pros: close to a family wedding. Sheets nice and soft. Pillows great. A lot of room for us to spread out. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Good choices for TV. Hulu. Netflix. kitchen very well supplied. Nice big master closet. Cons: A lot of damaged/stained/broken items and furniture. This place could use an update and/or replacement of broken items. Zero lamps! So if you want to read it is only with overhead lighting which is harsh. Pingpong table not available. Listing says “hot tub” and there is not one. Backyard has little privacy. Not enough pool towels if you have more than 5 or 6 people. I was disappointed with the overall condition however with a few reasonable furniture upgrades it could be an excellent rental.

Had a good time!

We had a great time overall. The pictures on the listing are a little outdated as the ping pong table was not usable and there were some busted and unusable chairs outside. Other than that we had a great time and loved having our own pool to play in!

Overall it was a nice place, the sinks had hair in them like they weren’t cleaned all the way and there was no hot water in the master bathroom so that sucked but over all not bad

Basic needs covered, but a few issues

Overall, this was fine for our needs. Well equipped kitchen and the pool was awesome! The issues had to do with locks on the doors and windows. One of our party got locked in a bedroom and had to climb out of a window to get out. The back sliding door wouldn’t stay locked either. Some parts of the house seemed really old and smelly and junk was piled in the garage and in closets.

Great location for Phoenix visit

The host was great to work with. We had a problem with the AC when we got there and he quickly resolved it for us. The location was awesome. Close to everything we needed. There were 5 of us and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. The home is nice enough. It isn't fancy by any means. The photos are a little deceptive in that way. The furniture is old and a little thrown together. We didn't care because we didn't spend a ton of time in the home. The pool is nice and would be great in the heat of the summer.

Nice location for getting around to restaurants etc. but very poor beds, linens and towels! We were not able to get the TVs to work in living area or master bedroom. Kitchen/Dining area very large and nice-Well stocked with necessities-the best part of the home. A Full size washer/dryer avail. Has an unheated pool which we did not use (poor pool weather) and not inviting as the outdoor furniture was old and dirty and lawn chairs strewn around pool. Living room furniture was very used also. Could use lots of updating! Would not stay again.

Exceeded our expectations!

The place was amazingly clean and neat. Ample space all of us. We rented the house since the cost of staying at hotels during the second week of March was so expensive. We are a Polynesian Dance Group and performed at the AZ Aloha Festival. It was so nice to be able to come home to a place to destress after long hours at the festival. Thank you for giving us a place to just relax after a long day.

This house has everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and all utensils we needed. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun Tempe/ASU adventures

We stayed at this location to visit our son whose attending ASU for his birthday. Both sets of grandparents and his Auntie and Uncle joined us. Such a great location and central to everything we did! Property manager has great communication with any questions we had!

Arizona trip

We used this trip mainly for a flag football get away for our adult travel team. We had a tourney at ASU. A couple of us also brought our kids and used the trip as an Arizona exploration get away. We went to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The house was perfect. The back yard was beautiful and the pool was refreshing (which was a surprise due to heat outside). I highly recommend this house for any type of group that needs a large house in Tempe/Phoenix.
