The hotel does not look as advertised. We booked a suite and the conditions were abysmal. The blinds, floor, bed, and walls were dirty and when we alerted the staff they were rude and disrespectful. We had to leave due to my partners Asthma and they refused to issue a refund, nor was Expedia help desk any use as they would not escalate this matter even though I am a VIP member.

We were excited to be there for the opening of the new "concept resteraunt," only to findout they are only serving pastries in the morning. Alexi's nearby was the alternative to save the day for us. Overall, our stay went without issue but the overall concept of the hotel itswlf needs to tighten up. Room for improvement is reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Excited to stay again and hopefully give 5 stars.

Get away
The hotel is very nice. I love the beds, they are so comfortable. This is a 420 friendly hotel, but you'd have to book a room with that amenity. I was given a great room facing the outside, these are nice if you don't want to listen to the live music. The guess were friendly, there was security on the grounds checking on cars and to make sure you are safe. This was reassuring since there is a number of homeless in the area but most of them do not come around the hotel. I usually come to this hotel to get away. Great place. :D
