Arrived for a show being put on inside the casino, so stayed overnight everything g was excellent except burning hot concrete around the pool. If you didn’t use shoes or flip flops you would burn your feet!

The front desk staff world class. John was helpful and knowledgeable all things Wildhorse. The gal saturday morning was very accommodating, I'm sorry i didn't get her name. Where the service lacked was the bar between the hotel and casino across from showroom. The bartender went by 3xs without acknowledgement another patron also said that as well. Had to ask for my tab 2xs

Adam at front desk is terrible in customer service, he insisted what i requested was not available, he didnt check, didn’t confirm Ten minutes later I asked another front desk and without hesitation she said what I wanted was AVAILABLE.
