This property is hosted by a software-connected Host. We use our own credit card processing service to collect certain deposits and fees (Security Deposit, pool heat fee, and cancellation fee, etc.).

HEATED POOL OPTION can be ADDED for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $50/Night or $315/Week (plus tax). PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE POOL HEATED WHEN BOOKING. Pool will be set to no more than 87F using a pool heat pump. Note, when ambient temps fall below 50F heater may struggle to maintain 87F. Host is not responsible for extreme weather lows and pool heat pump malfunctions, therefore, no refunds will be provided. Pool will be and is scheduled to be cleaned once per week.

Home has Wifi but no cable TV. Each TV has a Roku with apps for all the major broadcast and network channels. This enables you to watch live TV. A free Roku account is suggested for any additional TV watching wants or needs.

Please note: There are SECURITY CAMERAS on the exterior of the house. One at the front door, one at the driveway, on the gate and one on the side walkway.

Host's Policies:

** The number of guests booked at time of reservation shall be registered with owner. Please contact host if number of guests changes and/or if more guests need to be added to the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight accommodation.

** Due to changes in community and platform policies, we require a $500 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be collected by host directly. Deposit will be returned in full if booking is cancelled by either party. This security deposit is in addition to damage insurance. Deposit covers any rule violations and damages caused thereby. If there are no issues during the stay and at check out, deposit will be returned in full within 7 business days. Please read “house rules” section for information regarding potential charges.

** We have a strict policy prohibiting parties, large gatherings and events on the property. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. No more than 8 persons on the property at a time. Gatherings include but are not limited to family gatherings of more than 8, family bbq, cookouts, team parties/celebrations, weddings, reunions, graduation parties, etc. If guest wishes to have a party or large gathering there are several public parks and other venues in the area. Any large gatherings on the property shall be deemed breach of contract. Any guests attempting to have or planning such gatherings should not book this property. If after check-in a guest does have more than 8 persons on the property, guest will be asked to immediately vacate the property forfeiting rental fees paid and loss of refundable deposit.

** Strictly no pets due to severe allergies suffered by hosts' child. Any pets brought onto the property will result in cancellation of the booking and guest will be required to leave. If you need to travel with a service animal, please consider another property that can better accommodate this need and is not a health issue for the hosts and their family.

** Upon booking, a Short Term Rental Agreement and a Liability Waiver is required along with a copy of booking guest's identification. Identification is necessary to confirm who we are entering into an agreement with and to comply with local Short Term Rental regulations and requirements. The Agreement, Waiver, I.D. and deposit are required to gain access to property. Access code will be provided to guest the day before check in.
