The apartment’s residence is sunny and spacious and it offers a large communal swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip right on the premises. The hillside apartment also enjoys a uniquely peaceful location and features everything you would need for modern-style living and memorable vacation on Lake Como.

There is a very vibrant and open living area with direct access to a private balcony. The balcony features open-air seating, where you can soak up delightful sunshine along with the sweet summer breeze, a glass of Italian wine, and the enduring beauty of Lake Como. The apartment has a number of beaches within easy driving distance; Spiaggia Dei Gravedona, Spiaggia Lerai, and Spiaggia di San Vito, all are within a 15-minutes’ drive from this holiday apartment in Pianello di Lario. For Lido lovers, the closest lido is Lido di Dongo, a 12-minutes drive from here and home to a lakeside playground, perfect for enjoying classic past-time activities like playing frisbee. For golf lovers, the famous Golf Club of Menaggio and Cadenabbia is about a 20-minutes drive away, meanwhile, mini-golf is 15-minutes from here.

The closest hiking area (Rava), but by no means the only one to take in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Como, is located at just 15-minutes\' driving distance.
