A lovely farmhouse stay in a self-catering room. Everything was squeaky clean and worked. We were unlucky to have cold weather and continuous rain! Our hosts supplied additional heat and were very caring.

Fabulous property. Rural sitting minutes from large town Pickering. Modern room, modern en suite facilities and amenities. Best - hosts Duncan and Jan are terrific!

This short stay was much better than our expectations, it was so peaceful and in beautiful country. The hosts were absolutely superb and really made our 42nd anniversary break something very special. I can't say enough of the cleanliness and quality of the studio, we will certainly be back there soon.
