Villa Tre Civette is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Tre Civette you will enjoy an incredible view of the valley and of the hills. Villa Tre Civette is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.7 km (4.8 miles) from the center of Castiglione d'Orcia, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).
Villa Tre Civette is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Villa Tre Civette you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Tre Civette is along a 350-meter (1150-foot) unpaved road.

The apartment is entirely located on the first floor of the country house. In addition, as guests of Villa Tre Civette, you will have at your disposal a bedroom (with bathroom and external access) and a laundry room both located on the ground floor. Some technical rooms not accessible to guests are located on the ground floor too.


The farmhouse is composed of Villa Tre Civette and another inhabited unit with no shared spaces.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and a masonry bench, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery.
Top LevelLiving Room
You will be able to enter the living room through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a queen size bed (150 cm/60 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
