The holiday home is located adjacent to the villa of the owners but for access and stay guests will enter with completely independent entrance. Customers will have complete privacy and the use of an outdoor area of about 80 square meters, equipped with deck chairs and umbrella, with porphyry square and plants that surround the perimeter where guests can relax enjoying a moment of relaxation, sunbathing or under the shadow of the great oak. For those who want to do some sport at 50 m away you can access a dedicated path next to the river to run or just walk in the open air. A few kilometers away is the exclusive site "Montecatini Golf" and for those who like to ride some farms are available for adults and children.

The house consists of: on the ground floor entrance in rustic style with terracotta floor and granite stairs; on the first floor 1 large room in modern style with a sofa, an armchair and library with 40 inch TV, 1 kitchen with table and stools, stove (4 burners)/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms each with air conditioning and sun shade, with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, 1 spacious bathroom with large shower (for two people), toilet, bidet, sink, 1 room put everything. Included in the price bed linen and towels (initial set) and any high chair.

Possibility to put in one of the two double 1 bed/ cot or single bed with high chair at 20.00 € / child/ night to be paid on site and with adequate notice.
