Great Christmas stay

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was beautiful. The view was breath taking. There was snow on the tops of the mountains and it made for a perfect Christmas view. The elevator was much needed as we had several in our party that couldn’t do steps. Everything was stocked up in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The views were wonderful. Location great. The rental needed some work; the kitchen faucet was loose, the air hockey table did not work. The mattresses needed to be replaced. Some of the wood around the hot tub needed to be replaced, some of the railings on the stairs seemed loose.

Nice cabin but could use a little work.

The cabin was nice and very clean. It offers plenty of entertainment for guests and is pretty accessible for someone in a wheelchair. The cabin needs some improvements done to it porches and could stand to have better mattress on the beds. If you or someone you are with is in a wheelchair only one of the bedrooms will really work for you.

Sibling Getaway

The only complaint was that the arcade gaming system did not work, but the Air Hockey and Pool Table were a big hit. There was plenty of room throughout each floor to accommodate the number of personnel. My family enjoyed the mountain views.

Incredible View

We enjoyed our stay at Bashful Bear. Large house with bedrooms and bath en suite we found a huge plus. The theatre room was perfect. The hot tub functioned well. Overall I give a 5 however the interiors could use some updating. Shag carpet. The refrigerator is missing a drawer and a shelf in the door. Conveniently located to all sorts of activities, food, shipping, entertainment.

A+ view B- house

Being in the mountains was wonderful as was the view from Bashful Bear. The house was very segmented which works for a group that does not want to spend a lot of time together. Our Ladies group wanted to spend time together and fellowship. Our next trip I hope to find a house that has an open floor plan. Also, there were not enough bed linens for everyone.

Family Vacay

It was 7 of us for our first visit to Pigeon Forge but not Tennessee. We had such a great time. Easy access to attractions, stores and restaurants in the area! The cabin was pretty good with elevator access to all floors. There were a few broken and loose item, a little dusty in different areas, a few cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling windows, but we looked past that, enjoyed each other and a few attractions in PF and Gatlinburg. My son and his family even saw a mother bear with 2 cubs! Thank you Stacy Cole and Skyview Rentals!

Breathtaking Views, Accurate Description, Stocked Kitchen

We decided to enter the soccer tournament held in Gatlinburg and our cabin was already booked. Being a cabin owner, I am VERY PICKY about where I will stay. The Bashful Bear did not disappoint. The photos and descriptions are accurate, the cabin was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and I am still jealous of the huge refrigerator. We cooked a large meal and had everything we needed to prepare it. The owner is very responsive and reachable. I highly recommend you consider staying here- if needed, this is where I will choose to stay again in the future.
