My granddaughters and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. They have several activities throughout the day for the kids. They really enjoyed bingo and the dance parties at night. The all you can eat breakfast skillet was good and reasonably priced. Their pizzas are HUGE.

Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too

The outdoor and indoor pool facilities were clean and a solid 10/10. A smaller version of Great Wolf Lodge. Customer Service was great as well. The hotel room facilities, however, were a 3 out of 10. We booked the Expedia VIP deal, and we were assigned to the second building not connected to the indoor pool area. Our room smelled entirely of mildew. The drawers especially. We could not stay in the room. We requested to switch, which they did right away without any issues. Second room smelled better but not great. There seems to be a mildew issue with the AC window units. Our room also faced toward the back, and we had a view of a run-down property whose tenants were evicted presumably. Trash and furniture all over the place. So the view was a 0/10. Before even going to our room, we asked if we could be moved to the first building connected to the indoor water park. We were told Expedia bookings do not qualify for any complimentary upgrades, and the rate they quoted us to switch buildings/room type was extremely high, so we had to decline.
