This cabin is so spacious and comfortable. Location is closer to the Gatlinburg side of town with convenient access to the National Park. The owner is considerate and readily available to make your stay pleasant. You can’t miss with 99 bears!

99 Bears was the most comfortable Vrbo we have stayed in to date. One of our favorite amenities was the Theater Room. We also appreciated the touch of Christmas in the cabin - Christmas tree, stockings hung "by the chimney with care", etc. We had fun on our bear hunt and found all 99 bears! An overall wonderful stay. Thank you Deric for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our getaway in this lovely rustic cabin. We had plenty of room for our girls trip with 6. We enjoyed the coziness of this space with plenty of smaller spaces to escape. The king beds were comfortable and the movie night was great with the theatre. I was told many times I chose the space very well. This cabin is minutes from Pigeon Forge and an easy commute to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.

Our host, Deric was awesome. Responded to all questions immediately. Just some feedback for future references, amenities in the kitchen could use a little attention in the pots and pans department. Also, the cleaning crew should pay a little closer attention and get the cob webs that’s been there a very long time and dust bunnies under the night stands by the beds. The smell when first entering was not very welcoming. Maybe some air fresheners would fix it but I believe the brown couch has a permanent dirty smell. We come every year and always looking for the perfect cabin at the right price. Thank you.

Host communication was top notch. The location has great access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and is in a quiet neighborhood. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need for a large family. Great stay.

This is a BEAUTIFUL cabin! It has one bedroom on ground floor, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs and a movie room. It was very clean and everything easy to fine. We had a visitor one day, our neighbor bear. Very interesting creatures! Best vacation in the mountains in a long time! Easy to rent and exactly as described!

This cabin was beautiful!! It was just what we needed for our little family trip. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful for soothing our aches after walking all day seeing the sights. The whole place, including the hot tub, was very clean. My grown children enjoyed watching movies on the downstairs projector screen. The view from the back porch was stunning! We would definitely consider this one again in the future.
