It was hard to find a parking spot that was convenient to our room. The room itself was fine, no bugs, no issues. When we left, my daughter told me later on in the day that she had lost 1 slipper in the room. We went back and the person in the office said there was nothing left in the room. I'm assuming they either found it and trashed it right away, or they didnt clean the room very well. We have cleaned out our van since and its nowhere to be found. Has to be left in that hotel room. Maybe under the bed or something. Idk but huge disappointment because she got them for Christmas and literally lost it on the 26th.

Remote to TV hardly worked; Hotel uses actual keys for doors and not a card (very old school); no staff available in the middle of the night; no late checkout allowed; theres a landline phone in the room but doesn't work. It was such and unprofessional way to run a commercial establishment in humble opinion.

Very clean and hospitable! We came in for NYE and had view of the island fireworks from our room. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable with multiple seating options and a table. The jacuzzi jets were all clean as well and it was quite large as well! Overall a great an affordable surprise in a motel and we will definitely stay here again!

This is an older hotel and could stand for a remodel. Behind the nightstand could stand for a cleaning. With that said, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The price is great and the staff is very nice. It is conveniently located close to everything Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the SMNP have to offer. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

We checked out Saturday morning (a day early). I'm afraid it wasn't what we thought it would be. While our room was supposed to be smoke free, all we could smell was cigarette smoke wafting up from the guests downstairs and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Also, when we came back from dinner Friday night, a very strong smell of weed was in the parking lot near our room. My daughter and I left the next morning and we drove 6 hours back home. It was unsatisfactory. The woman who checked us in was courteous.
